Euro-Final Focus: 16 leads away. 526 goes around in turn 1 on lap 1. Place swapping between 515 and 84 takes place at each bend for a lap and a half. 97 spins out in turn 1 amongst a large group of wayward cars. He retires with a flat soon after. Caution. 16 pulls off before the restart. 515, 84 and 5 are the top 3. 5 powers through into the lead as 515 holds 84 back entering turn 1. However, Charlie takes too much speed into turn 3 and loses the position. 166 spins 5 out in turn 3 soon after. 515 has opened a gap up front as 84 is fending off a rapid 217 and 555. Caution for a stranded car in turn 2. 515, 84 and 555 head this restart. 84 puts a big hit in on the 515 left corner into turn 1 but FWJ rides it out. 259 up to 3rd. A slow moving 525 holds 515 up down the back straight. Into turn 3 the 515 car spins out unaided. He drops to 6th. 217 also goes around in turn 3. 55 up to 2nd at halfway. A lap down 217 doesn't make it easy for 84 to get past. 20 and 515 engage in battle further down the field with Frankie pushing Liam sideways in turn 3. 515 gets a flat front right in the closing stages. 55 also suffers the same fate. However, the 84 car negotiates the lapped traffic on a very busy track to claim the win.

Pit News: 499 - Front right shocker to replace. Porta power on the rear panhard rod bracket. 515 - Adjusting the torque rod. 5 - Bellhousing patched up. All good to race.

Consolation Catch Up: H389 leads away. 499 is immediately into the lead. 124 bounces off the back straight and turn 4 exit fence before pulling off. 499 has the front right collapse which sends him into the fence on the exit of turn 4. 548 goes around in turn 3. H337 is stationary along the home straight. Caution. 368 leads the restart. 67 is slow to get going and causes those behind to thread the needle down the home straight. 545 is gaining on race leader 368. However, a few laps later it is 587 who takes the win with a last bender on Callum.

Pit News: 5 - Bellhousing cracked around top edge. Prop shaft spat out. The plan is to weld some plates around the top of the bellhousing to get the car back out. H710 - Front right shocker change. 55 - Replacing the rear panhard rod. 211 - Porta power pushing the front left corner out. 526 - Changing the diff oil. Oil at boiling point owing to the heat is melting the silicone at the driveshaft ends causing a leak from both sides. 124 - Mark busy sorting the front right corner. 2 - Gearbox out. 191 - Welding the right rear nerf rail end. Update on 326 from yesterday - Number 7 valve head on the left bank snapped off resulting in the valve stem dropping into the piston.

Heat Three Happenings: 548 leads away. 368 takes over at the front early on. 55 and 212 put a combined challenge on 97 through turn 3 and move ahead. 138 spins in turn 3. 97 retires with a flat left rear. 515 moves into the lead after chaos on the back straight leaves 381 stuck broadside with a spring etc rolling across the track. 515 from 212 at the restart. 55 retires with the rear panhard rod dragging. 212 through to the lead. 368 and 415 lock together on the exit of turn 4. This traps 548, 124, 211 and 295 which blocks the track. Caution. 212, 515 and 175 are the top three at the restart. 212 extends his lead on the watered track and heads for the victory. H710 gets all out of shape through turn 4 slowing 191's progress. 3rd placed 138 goes for a last bend challenge on 515 but the gap is to great.

Heat Two Happenings: 67 leads away. 5 pushes on in turn 1 on the opener and drifts fencewards. 215 spins in turn 1. 525 rides the back straight fence. 249 goes around in turn 1 and 335 collides with the car. Race leader 67 is sent off-line through the turn and loses time. 372 moves closer to the 67 rear end. 242 goes through for the lead after a chaotic turn 1 melee which sees 67 lose 4 spots. 67 spins in turn 1 a lap later. 5 fires 16 into H337 through turn 1 to advance two places. Both make a glancing blow off the stationary 67 car. Caution for stranded cars. 242 and H592 head the restart. 5 into 2nd at 5 to go when Charlie suddenly retires with drivetrain issues. 235 goes around in turn 1 with H14 catching the car and finishing broadside on the entrance to the back straight. Joe takes the win.

Welcome to day two folks. Heat One Happenings: 499 leads away. 502 spins it in turn 3 before the green. 268, 545 and 25 tangle in avoidance. Caution to remove the 502 car. 587 is on a charge and challenges 499 for the lead. Both half spin in turn 1 with 499 continuing in the lead. H389 spins in turn 1 and is facing oncoming traffic. 532 pushes him clear down the back straight. 84 up to 3rd early. 499 and 587 clash again in turn 3 in their lead battle. 217, 84 and 555 take advantage and move through. H210 hits the stationary 587 car in turn 3. At halfway it's 217 from 84. 4 to go and Lee has extended his lead. Tom tries for a last bend challenge but is too far back.

GN 2 Notes: 67 leads away. 268 and 216 pull off to the centre in the opening laps. 191 moves towards the infield to retire and takes 587 with him across the track. 138 jumps up the turn 2 banking. 526 is closing on 499. 259 jumps the bank in turn 2. 175 and H14 collide in turn 2. 5 also piles in. 67 charges the turn 1 fence and the lead goes to 526. 55 retires with a collapsed left rear. Caution to remove stranded cars at 2 to go. 526 heads 84 at the drop of the green and holds on for the victory by driving it hard into turn 3 and keeping just far enough out of range of the 84 front bumper. That's it until tomorrow folks 👍

GN 1 Notes: 499 leads away. 502 spins on the home straight on the opener and ends up beached on the infield. 555 and 381 spin in unison in turns 3 & 4. The race leading 499 comes to grief tangling in turn 4. 172 loops it at the end of the back straight. 525 leads. 335 goes around in turn 4. 97 in the lead at halfway. Ryan is held up by an errant H389 in turn 1 but soon pulls away from 525 again. Caution for a stranded car. The remaining laps see some close racing between 2 and 217 with 16 reeling them in.

Pit News: 289 - Right rear hub work. H152 - Welding front right corner. 55 - Changing a bent rear panhard rod. 268 - Cutting the left rear nerf bracing. H642 - Left half shaft sheared. H14 - Porta power on the front axle.

Final Focus: 372 leads away. 12 and H210 ram the turn 1 fence on the opener with 217 driving into them. H642, 525, 11 and 216 pile up in turn 2. 463 and 84 collide down the back straight with Tom just keeping it out of the fence. 242 and 541 hit the turn 1 fence with H210 crashing in head on. 138 hits 259 into turn 3. Paul skims the fence but continues. 191 gives H710 a big hurry up into turn 1. 16, 555 and 138 collide down the home straight with Mat side on and Dave hitting a post. Caution for fence investigation. 97 pulls off before the green with a flat right front. 515 heads the restart from 2 and 16. Frankie has the front right corner of the bumper rubbing on the tyre. 2 challenges for the lead. However, 55 comes flying through the lot into turn 1 and takes over at the front. Next corner Paul takes Craig on and repasses. Mat reappears and puts Paul wide to move ahead. Further back FWJ has fallen into the clutches of 5 and 84 who are battling through. As Mat takes the victory the 2 car makes a decisive move on the 55 back end into turn 3 to take the runner up spot. A great latter half to the race.

Pit News: 20 - Banana shaped right rear shocker. Top link bent. 212 - Porta power on the cab centre post to right hand post. 326 - Engine kaput. Thrown a piston. 138 - Porta power on the left rear bumper corner. H337 - Gear selection problems.

Consolation Catch Up: 499 leads away. 124 puts a massive hit in on 268 into lap 1 on the opening lap. Both 389 and 548 collide with 268 soon after. 415, 215 and 368 tangle in turn 1. 212 has a loose back panel and damage to the rear bumper top brace. 545 and H337 charge the turn 3 fence. H800 and 20 get caught up in the pile up. Caution to remove stranded cars. 502 heads the restart. 138 fires it up the inside of H710 into turn 1. 124 spins out in turn 4. 138 and 499 tangle on the back straight which leaves 499 up a post. Caution to remove 499 who drives off as the yellows wave. 555 takes the lead from 502 who unsuccessfully tries to take it back next time around. Ricky ends up beached on the turn 2 infield. At one to go 97 closes in on JJ and whacks the 555 car hard into turn 3 to take the lead and the victory.

Pit News: 67 - Graeme changing front left brake pipe. 2 - Porta power on the front axle. H592 - Repairing the car after the roll. Hope to make the Consi. 124 - Front axle bent the reverse way. Not easy to straighten. Right rear nerf end stuck through the tyre. 499 - Porta power on the front axle. 381 - A bent front left disc to straighten out.

Heat Three Happenings: 499 leads away. The cars get up to race speed with H389 stationary in turn 4. All slow down and take the green next time around. 532 and H710 clash on the back straight with Daz riding up the fence. Race leading 499 ends up stuck up against the fence on the exit of turn 4. 326 develops a very smoky engine which obliterates all visibility around the track as he continues at race speed for a number of laps. When the smoke clears the remaining laps see 55 head the field to the flag with 5 in 2nd.

Heat Two Happenings: 295 leads away. 84 has push and drifts wide through turn 2. 587, 2, 268 and 124 tangle on the back straight. 124 and 268 end up stranded mid-straight. 172 splits them apart with a head on. 20 clouts the back straight fence and ends up facing the wrong way. That man Randell again hits him head on. 541 and 525 are battling for the lead. Caution for a stranded 295 in turn 1. 525 takes the lead following the restart. 515 in 3rd. 12 gets out of shape through turn 3 and delays the following cars. 84 up to 3rd. 368 brings out the caution after belting the back straight fence with bits of his car flying up in the air. 525, 84 and 515 head a short-lived restart as H592 performs a spectacular roll on the back straight with the car pointing skywards at one point. All ok. A two lap shootout follows with 84 taking the lead from 525 into turn 1. 515 tries to connect with the 84 back end but drifts wide which lets H152 and 2 through. 415 spins out in turn 1 at the end of the race.

H800 collides with him soon after. 289 gets a flat right rear. 526 is in second half a lap behind 216. The closing laps see 216 extend his lead. The cars tyres are squealing through the turns as the shale has been scrubbed off.

Next lap around Craig spins it in turn 2. 16 forces 326 wide in turn 2. Entering turn 3 Mat encounters a slowing 499. Sarge pounces and spins 16 out but stops by the fence himself. 84 now leads. 5 and 16 go through turn 2 with Charlie putting a nerf hit on Mat.
