  1. Final Focus 128 leads away. An explosive start sees 47, 164 and 20 ride up the fence in turn 1. Liam ends up on his side. Complete restart. Shortly after the drop of the green 36 is going sideways down the back straight which traps 120 against the fence. 269 gives chase to 128. 16, 48 and 138 clash on the exit of turn 4 which leaves Dave facing the wrong way on the straight. At halfway 269 leads. 368 is the first red to show and moves 8 aside with a hit into turn 3. 269 leads at 5 to go. On the last lap entering turn three 368 sends it in scattering those ahead including the leader. As they both drift wide 178 is through up the inside for the victory.
  2. Consolation Catch Up 532 leads away. 595 takes the lead soon after the green. However, this is short-lived as 132 fires him in to the turn 3 fence with great force. James also goes in with him. 532 back to the lead. Caution to move the 595 car to the infield. The restart sees 532, 178 and 283 battle up front. 217 whacks 211 and 501 hard into turn 3 but like 132 earlier goes in with the pair. 178 now leads. 48 is closing in. Daz is in great form as he puts a pile-driver of a hit on 283 entering turn 3 which sends the car spinning. At 4 to go 48 is in to 2nd but too far back at race end to challenge 178 for the win.
  3. Heat Two Happenings 128 leads away. Simon along with 307 break clear of the pack. Approaching halfway 269 is closing. 307 falls into the clutches of the chasing yellow grade. 128 still leads at halfway. H229 & H318 battle between themselves for the whole race. 4 to go 128 loses the lead to 269. 452 & 172 also pass 128 within a lap. As the chequered falls H229 & H318 duel over the line side by side.
  4. Welcome to day 1 from Skegness folks. Ben Fund Race Recap 211 leads away. 47, 8, 216 battle their way past 211 on the opener. 216 into the lead by lap 2. 1 gives 501 a big hit into turn 3. 555 joins the other blues at the front who are vainly chasing 216. Jack extends his lead by a large margin. 368 cops a big'un from 1 into turn 3. 211 slides further back through the placings. The remaining laps wind down with the field spread out.

  8. GN Notes: 132 leads away. All eyes on a superb battle between 1 & 515 again. Both trading hits with respect to each other and swapping position over many laps. Tom just managed to ease clear in the closing stages. Up front 132, 381 & 8 were the top 3 for most of the race. Entering turn 3 coming to the chequered 132 drifted wide allowing 381 & 8 through. That's it folks 👍
  9. Final Focus: 524 leads away. 132 takes over up front on lap 2. 515 is moving forward at a rapid pace. 381 retires with a flat front left. 175 fires 524 hard into the turn 1 fence bringing out the caution. 132 heads the restart. 345 delays 515 momentarily which allows the 1 car past. Frankie is back ahead again straight after. 8 takes a short-lived lead before losing spots as 555 takes up the top spot. A good race long battle between 1 & 515 is the highlight of the race. Frankie gets the upper hand with a good hit into turn 3 which allows him to pull clear of Tom.
  10. Heat Three Happenings: 524 leads away. 349 is sent around by 345 on the back straight. 132 leads at lap 3 with 8 up to 3rd. 368 slows on the back straight. 554 loses the front right wheel in turn 2 bringing out the caution. 368 retires before the restart. 132 heads this restart. 555 makes a successful challenge on 8 for the position which also sees 526 come through. Catherine takes the place back from JJ soon after. 1 to go and Finn sends James wide into turn 1. He tries for a return hit into turn 3 but is unable to make contact. 526 is through for the win.
  11. Heat Two Happenings: 524 leads away. 1 hits 515 and 175 aside in turn 2 381 gets out of shape in turn 3 delaying 515. 132 leads at halfway. After getting by 1 515 is held up by a slow moving 532 which allows Tom back past. 242 closes in on 132. 5 to go 242 leads. 8 closes in on the leader at 2 to go. FWJ puts a hit in on 1 into turn 1 at one to go but can't get past. Exiting turn 4 to the flag Joe drifts wide allowing Catherine to power through for the victory.
  12. Heat One Happenings On a deluged track 524 leads away. 242 puts a hit on 22 entering turn 1 but ends up tangling with Lewis and both spin on the exit of turn 2. 1 spins exiting turn 2. 555 another to go around at this spot which slows 515. 524 also gets spun here with a combined push from 453 & 349
  13. Welcome to Yarmouth folks. It's great to be joining Nic today. This venue was the first place i ever saw stock cars back in 1973. I was on holiday from one seaside resort of Blackpool to this one with my parents. An advert caught our attention and we called in to see Superstox and Saloons. I was hooked immediately. Not realising BriSCA existed i spent the next three years travelling by public transport to all the Spedeworth tracks including Billinghurst which was not easy to get to. At Wimbledon on New Years Day 1976 i experienced F1s for the first time. This was the SCOTA F1s. I was blown away by the noise and size of the cars. A few weeks later on my way to school i saw a John Hillam sticker on a Ford Cortina Mk 2 near my house. I thought that 229 car looks like those i had seen on NYD. Underneath was a sticker advertising Nelson's season opener on March 20th. I caught the bus to Nelson on that day to witness the greatest spectacle i had ever seen. A 60 car three heat bonanza! I had spent 3 years watching down south when i could have seen so much more closer to home! The rest is history with many enjoyable years spent with all the wonderful people that make up the oval racing family 👍
