  3. A statement from Matt Stoneman released on Sunday: After an eventful weekend to say the least, firstly and most importantly I hope 460 Adam Pearce makes a speedy recovery. Secondly I got lucky with Charlie getting taken out as without a yellow flag it was his and not the way I wanted to take the chequered. Regardless of previous battles and people's opinions I do feel for him and his team. Thirdly last night was one of the best nights of my life, I've worked very hard for a lot of years and put my heart and soul into my racing and always come up short on the big ones. But last night was my night, I crossed the line first and no one can take that away from me. Yes I got given the lead but I done the job after and drove away. As for the "irregularities", they were out of my control and my engine builders and feel very hard done by and to be told they made no difference whatsoever to performance is a hard pill to swallow. And to top it off a 6 month ban This year I have strived to be different and be the fastest out there and at times I have until a rule was made up even though I met the rules and went through the proper channels. So back to the drawing board and a few months of being off the pace and this weekend got back to where I was. It feels like my face doesn't fit even though I've conducted myself calmly and professionally. One thing is I'm not a cheat and not backing down. I've got 7 days to appeal and clear my name. Big thank you to all my team and yesterday was epic, today can AUTOMATICALLY DELETED WORD off πŸ™ˆ # Brakes Not Tampered With

  9. Guinchy made the perfect start to the 25 lapper getting the jump on the Flying Fifer. Bumpers were flying in behind from row 2 with Gordon getting a big hit from 647 in turn 2 which lifted the back wheels of the 7 car off the ground. The hit rebounded and spun 647 around. 7 was taken to the fence again in turn 3 and pulled off soon after when a tyre let go following it rubbing on the wheel guard. Liam Rennie (3) had sustained damage in the opening laps and also retired. With the laps winding down the 183 car had got well amongst the back-markers and had NI918 and 24 ahead of him. After passing NI918 down the back straight Wee Diddyman launched a ferocious torpedo of a hit/follow in on 183 sending the car full chat into the fence in a shower of sparks. In that moment Charlie's race was over ended by a payback hit from last year's WF weekend at Nutts Corner. NI918 then added to it by ramming the stationary 183 car. Charlie exited the car and gesticulated to the Irishman, and the crowd, before running down the track playing to the packed terraces. The restart over 4 laps saw 127, 560, 618, 564, NI718 and 915 as the top 6. Track expert Matt left the rest for dead sprinting away to a very popular victory for the South-West πŸ‘

  12. Last Chance Race: A 34 car grid caused chaos on the first start with multi-car pile ups. The single file restart saw the 24 car lead away to the victory. Wittsy crossed the line backwards to claim the spot. Result: 24 915 47 12 27 880 890 926 528 776. First 6 to the World Final

Three races = three victories in the new car 🏁🏁🏁
  17. Consolation 2 Catch Up: 325 leads away. 453 takes the lead before halfway. 300 moves ahead of 453. 212 is making good progress. Charlie does the killer blow coming to the flag and beats Joe over the line. Another putting in some good hits was 498.
