The Dave Leonard Memorial Race/GN Re-cap: 544 leads away. 555 and 191 spin out in turn 1 ehich also delays 212. 5 sends 217 and 326 into turn 1 quicker than they bargained for. 217 takes the 5 car a lap later in the same turn. 172 with 84 alongside half spins in turn 3 with 84 doing likewise delaying both. 5, 335 and 515 battle through turns 3 and 4 with Mark not giving an inch. 5 to go and the leading 544 car has 217 getting ever closer in his mirror. Going through turn 3 for the last time sees Lee up the inside of 544 to take the victory in the race he's wanted to win for a long time. That's it from me folks until Buxtonđź‘Ť
  3. Final Focus: 319 leads away. 326 spins out in turn 3 taking the 5 car with him. 515 and 84 clash also in the same turn and lose time. Some laps later a recovering 515 puts a side shuffle on 212 exiting turn 2. 191 and 16 bounce off each other down the back straight with Mat going sideways and hitting an infield marker tyre. Josh goes on to the infield. Both carry on. 555 goes around in turn 1 and careers off the track backwards onto the infield where he remains. 191 does a good impression of a steam train with clouds of steam coming through the bonnet intake. The car pulls off straightaway. 544 is flying up front. 259 pushes 335 into turn 1 to take the place. 5 to go sees the Flying Finn into his 3rd race winning lead of the night with a pass of 544 in turn 1. 212 advances a place coming to the 1 to go board by firing 84 into turn 3.
  4. Pit News: 8 - Porta power on a bent front axle. 463 - The car has been suffering a misfire all meeting. Carb, distributor and MSD box being checked out. 191 - Replacing front left shocker. 544 - A bent front left lower link rod to replace. 541 - Left stub axle bent. 515 - The team racing to replace a snapped front axle.
  5. Heat Three Happenings: 544 leads away. The first lap sees 587 and 463 come together in turn 3. 555, 217, 259 and 457 all pile in. Full restart. 5 goes flying in to turn 1 and sends 212 around. 544 and 127 spin it in turn 2. 515 and 217 clash in turn 3 sending Frank into a spin. 84 momentarily hooks the side of 335 on the back straight. 47 off with a flat right rear. 8 to go and the Flying Finn is in a race winning lead. 84 and 5 circulate in close combat with Charlie getting the upper hand through turns 1 & 2 with an inside pass. The last lap 326 feels the force of the 5 front end into turn 3 as Sarge rattles off the plating.
  6. Pit News: 20 - Front left shocker u/s. 457 - Rear outside bumper end folded around the wheel. 16 - Porta power on the front axle. Steering arm fractured. Gearbox drive shaft sheared. 127 - Straightening out the mangled wing and working on the front end. 93 - Welding the steering link. 191 - Refilling the engine with oil after the rollover. 326 - Cutting off the end of a mishapen right rear nerf rail. 415 - As 326. 515 - Topping up the engine oil. The car has been suffering a leak from the front of the engine for a few meetings. Spare time to remove the engine to sort it is at a premium right now with the number of cars they're running.
  7. Heat Two Happenings: 319 leads away. 335 spins out in turn 1. 16 and 191 lock together on the exit of turn 4 and slam the fence. Caution to retrieve 16. 268 leads the restart. 217 is the first Shooter to show and is flying through the field. 457 rides up on the side of 326 the full length of the home straight until 217 comes in to split them up in turn 1. Next lap round 457 tries a slide job on 217 in turn 1 but is foiled in his attempt by a fast approaching 55. A red flag for a 191 rollover in turn 4. All ok. 268 heads the restart. 555 spins it in turn 4 but ends up facing the right way and carries on. 587 passes 268 down the outside of the back straight which sends Richard on a wild trajectory towards the infield. 84 gives 457 a nudge into turn 1 which Callum repays with a hit on Tom in turn 3 which collects 127 and sends Austin into a roll. Red flag. All ok. 515 pulls off with a flat left front. 587 heads the field on the green. 5, 20 and 84 pile into turn 1 together and all tangle together ending up in the infield with Charlie on Liam's bonnet. 217, 55 and 457 all pass 587 in a high speed train down the home straight. Sam pulls off soon after. 457 goes around in turn 1. 55 passes 217 into turn 3 with 2 to go and goes on to take the win with Lee close behind.
  8. Welcome to King's Lynn folks. Heat 1 (Whites, Yellows & Blues) Happenings: 11 leads away. Freddie led the first few laps with some good drifting out of the turns even riding the wall at one point. 319 and 268 gave chase until the 11 spun it in turn 4. A stranded 234 in turn 3, and a stuck 172 broadside on the back straight after tangling with 83 brought out the caution. The restart saw 319 spin the race leading 268 out in turn 2. Shortly after this 544 took the lead. 268 pulled off with a flat left rear. A lead change again a few laps later saw 541 move ahead. 545 whacked the turn 3 plating and came to an abrupt halt but no caution this time. 541 took the win. An excellent drone pilot kept it flying virtually on top of the cars for many laps.
  9. GN Notes: 268 leads away. 525, 93 and H642 pile up in turn 1 which makes for a narrow line through the turn. NZ3 and 53 engage in a bumper match for a couple of laps. 418 gives 53 a clout coming out of turn 4. NZ3, 418 and 289 are the top 3. 55 hits an infield marker tyre on the entrance to turn 3 with 2 to go. 289 makes a dive at 418 for second in turn 1 and takes them both wide. 515 is up the inside and through for the position. B197 goes into the turn 3 fence backwards with a couple of laps to run. NZ3 slows and pulls off down the home straight with a gearbox problem. FWJ takes the lead and the victory. That's all folks.   11. Final Focus: 525 leads away. Lap 1 sees 289 and H40 clash in turn 3 and hit the fence. 457 and 326 crash on the exit of turn 4. Sarge ends up facing the wrong way round. 525 is sent into the same fence and is left broadside to the traffic. NZ1 and H575 also go in hard to turn 3. Caution for stranded cars. The restart sees T6 very slow on the home straight outside line. NZ5 gets trapped behind him. 515 slows and pulls off. 53 loops it around halfway down the back straight and remains stuck on the outside line. 20, 93, H40 and 212 end up in a heap in turn 1. Caution for stranded cars. 418 heads the restart. 94 spins out in turn 4 unaided. 55 passes 16 for 2nd place in turn 4. 4 to go sees 55 take the lead from 418 only for Niels to retake it at the next corner. Craig takes it back again for half a lap until Niels dives at the 55 rear corner in turn 3. 16 fires it up the inside and sets sail for the win. 289 takes advantage of the mayhem and goes past as well. 418 tangles with 211 in turn 4 on the last lap which gives NZ3 the chance to power it around the outside for the 3rd place.
  12. Pit News: H642 - Porta power on the left nerf rail. 463 - Loading up. Engine temp off the clock. Karl Hawkins sorting the rear lights out on one of the Team Wainman Volvo transporters.
  13. Consolation Catch Up: H642 leads away. 91 takes an early lead before clouting the turn 3 fence soon after. H642 and H54 clash in turn 1. 249 spins it in turn 2. 463 challenges H575 for the top spot in turn 2 and ends up getting the rear corner clipped. The following cars scatter as James takes a tank slapper of a ride down the back straight. 515 nips through for the lead. The 18 car's rear corner strikes the turn 3 plate with a resounding hit but escapes damage. H27 spins out on the exit of turn 2. 3 to go sees 463 pull off. H642, 249 and H27 have a coming together in turn 3. NZ3 takes the 4th position from 94 on the last corner with a good hit. 515 takes an unchallenged victory.
  14. Pit News: 308 - Loaded up with a blown engine. 235 - Front bumper upright to fix. T6 - Right rear bumper support req's welding. 249 - Porta power on the front axle. 268 - Gearbox change. 20 - Welding the left rear corner. 515 - Trying to trace an oil leak.

Heat Two Happenings: 268 leads away. 268 goes around in turn 1 on the first lap. 20 puts a big push in going into turn 1 which sends 191 and 169 into the fence. 289 helps 249 spin out in turn 2. H800, 235 and 94 tangle together on the exit of turn 2. Mick remains facing the oncoming traffic for the remainder of the race. 515 pulls off with a flat left rear. H215 pulls off rapidly in a puff of smoke. An untroubled run to victory for the 93 car.

Hello from sunny Brafield folks đź‘‹ Heat One Happenings: 115 leads away. 308 immediately wallops 115 into the turn 1 fence on the first lap and takes the lead. 16, 55 and 53 lock together and slide into 115 a lap later. Caution for a stranded car. 418 goes around in turn 2 in the early stages of the restart. 326 pulls off with a buckled right rear wheel. 55 passes H79 with a slide job through turn 1. At halfway H40 takes the lead from 308. Steve's car has started smoking badly and pulls off soon after. 211 stops in the middle of turn 3 momentarily. 55 is flying through the field and makes it up to 2nd before race end.
