As of last night the BSCDA have confirmed no drivers have withdrew from the Semi Final and the 24 drivers will take their grid position as published, along with more information about the meeting which can be found here. Think the term is WITHDRAWN from, not WITHDREW !!!!!

Thanks to results teams both home and away for all the weekend results, always grateful. Personally I was at a great vintage bus rally. Free admission, free rides, free parking and take as much of your own food and drink in and also folding seats as you like !!!!!!!

I found the whole tone of this message about taking your own refreshments scarily aggressive and offensive. What ever happened to the UK being a free country. I am only going to Skeg this year as it hosts the World Final but can't say I'm looking forward to it too much after the attitude of the promotion and besides that I feel the track is too small for a big event like the W F remembering the debacle of the last time it was held there. However sadly we don't have too much choice these days of a decent venue for prestige meetings.

Not only did I see the return of the big league in 68 but also enjoyed a couple of years of Spedeworth F 2s around 64 and 5 I reckon. I'm always so pleased that I visited this iconic venue though I have to say the Junior F2 cars were more suited to the small track.
