  1. Thanks for the update he must of misheard and whoever told him meant they were going to get there at 2.30
  2. Someone has just said he thinks it's starting at 2.30 can anyone confirm or deny this
  3. I'm not surprised waiting for Northampton to be cancelled if it's raining heavy tomorrow won't be the first time and it happened to Sheffield, sounds like me being negative I know but going on past events hope I'm wrong fingers crossed
  4. Yes Dave I thought there wasn't a GN either
  5. I think your right Paul,it was talked about a few months ago and from what I recall age didn't matter regarding racing as long as fit and healthy
  6. Not being picky honest! But should it now be 1 Tom Harris or keeping it at 84 as it's his usual number Carl
  7. Hi John hednesford my favourite track yes a speed track with good banked bends yes can be a bit roundy roundy if not too many cars but as a spectator on the back straight it seems a lot nearer to the track so you feel the air around you move and the noise and smell is great yes it's a power track which might put a few drivers off but still a great experience 20 cars I assume will be all in every race it won't disappoint me and of course other formulas.I went to a meeting a few weeks ago hot rods superstox etc and if my memory serves right the superstox had about 15 in and were still good
  8. Is it an average on fastest times as H318 has the same fastest time as H618
  9. Thankyou Steve Rees for clarifying the above points like I said, it was suggested before what they thought the reason was for low numbers! hence my post, the trouble with rumours/suggestions/ideas etc etc like myself go on what's been posted, now it's been clarified by the right person it shouldn't be raised again.p.s no offence intended by the way
  10. That's fine Carl just going on what's been said from previous posts
  11. I could be wrong David(generally am) but I believe the f1's are limited to allow space for other formulas as the they generate more income
  12. Hi Nigel I can't remember from previous posts if this makes a difference but let's say 1st reserve doesn't make it because of illness or breakdown on the way and 2nd reserve takes car off transporter and finds no oil pressure or no gears etc etc just a thought!
  13. Morning Roy B how is the track this morning any danger of meeting being cancelled?
  14. When I raced rebels in early 2000's there wasn't any start money then and we had to pay to race around £37
  15. Hopefully it will give Andy the urge to come back wouldn't that be great
  16. I'll second that Allan Brooke thank you all
  17. Great to see Nigel Harrhy booked in I bet he's chomping at the bit now, I just hope he has a good meeting and no gearbox/clutch and engine problems and the same for Jake
