Heat One Happenings: 27 leads away. 259 fires 191 into turn 1 on lap 1. 452 and 175 are the lead duo by lap 3. 551 puts two big hits in on 501 to claim the position. 5 to go sees 175 take the lead from 452. The final lap sees 259 execute a last bender on 555 for the position.

Morning folks, welcome to day two. Pre-meeting pit news: 555 - Front axle change. 548 - Rear axle out. 543 - Front axle change.

GN Notes: 343 leads away. An out of shape 555 on the home straight sees chaos reign as the pack bears down on JJ. He ends up getting barreled into turn 1 with 16, 212 and 326. Mat is left with a rearranged back axle. 489 heads the restart. Another class race follows with some brutal hits between the star men. 217 and 84 get it on once again, with 211, 560 and 191 knocking lumps out of each other. 242 is in the lead as the race enters the closing stages. The hits keep coming with 166 feeling the force of the 84 bumper with 2 to go. Joe holds on for the win from a fast closing 84. That's it folks from a top drawer meeting. Back tomorrow ๐

Final Focus: 132 leads away. The early laps are a feast of hard hitting action from the star men. 22 kicks it off with a set to with 212 in turn 3, followed by 464 v 543. The game changing hits though come from 84 on 217 on consecutive laps which are another level. Lee ends up dumped out with 259 and 498 in turn 1. Another fine battle then ensues between 515 and 84 with some class hits. 120, 295 crash out in turn 2 with 87 colliding with the back end of the Goodwin car. 48 has kept out of trouble and moved to the front with 25 and 8 completing the top 3.

Consolation Catch Up: 128 leads away. A turn 2 track blockage with nearly the whole field piling up brings out an early red flag, and the requirement for a full restart. The race restarts with some big hits going back and forth between 551 and 48. 191 joins in with even harder hits. The 2 car snooker balls a trio of cars into turn 3 which leaves 172 and 327 stuck in the fence bringing out the caution. 484 heads the restart and is off like a rocket. 555 and 20 have it with some big hits between them for a couple of laps. 346, H124 and 48 subject 484 to a combined assault on his lead position. Wim Peeters comes out on top and sets sail for the win. 129 becomes stranded in turn 3 bringing out the yellows. A Netherlands duo now head the field with H229 in 2nd. 551 fends off attacks from 211 and 191. 20 gains the upper hand over JJ with another big hit in the closing laps. 555 puts a monster hit in on 191 entering turn 3 on the last lap. As they enter the home straight on the run to the flag Josh drifts it to the inside which forces the 555 car towards the kerb slowing his progress enough for 191 to keep the place.

Heat Three Happenings: 128 leads away. 452, 484, 172 and 128 pile up in turn 2 on lap 2. Caution flag to recover stranded cars. 132 heads the restart. 36, 484 and 381 engage in battle with some monster hits going into turns 1 and 3. Tyrone comes off worst being fired in to the turn 1 plating and coming to a stop in turn 3. 22 is the next to get whacked into turn 1 by the 11 car. 226 spins into the turn 1 fence backwards. 132 has second placed H229 looming large in his mirrors. Tsjalle passes for the lead within the lap and sets sail for the race win. 25 helps 345 into turn 1 with a big hit. 195 half spins exiting turn 4 which delays 132 resulting in a 4th place finish.

Heat Two Happenings: 60 leads away. A big push from the 'A' graders into turn 3 on the opening lap. 501 and H124 end up locked together on the exit of turn 4. Next time round 501 fires H124 hard into turn 3. 415 is away and gone flying up front to the race victory.

Welcome to Skegness folks. Trust Fund Race Re-cap: 498 leads away. The early laps see 84 and 515 trading blows until Tom moves ahead. 498, 551 and 543 pull clear of the field. 166 starts making inroads to the leaders. 551 passes 498 for a short lived lead. 166 sends the leaders into turn 1 with a big hit which sees 551 hit the fence and spin out. The remaining laps see some super hits going in from the top boys. 166 fires 543, 1 and 515 into turn 3 84 fires 515 into turn 3 with a monster hit on the following lap. It's action all the way to the finish with victory going to 543.

The Dave Leonard Memorial Race/GN Re-cap: 544 leads away. 555 and 191 spin out in turn 1 ehich also delays 212. 5 sends 217 and 326 into turn 1 quicker than they bargained for. 217 takes the 5 car a lap later in the same turn. 172 with 84 alongside half spins in turn 3 with 84 doing likewise delaying both. 5, 335 and 515 battle through turns 3 and 4 with Mark not giving an inch. 5 to go and the leading 544 car has 217 getting ever closer in his mirror. Going through turn 3 for the last time sees Lee up the inside of 544 to take the victory in the race he's wanted to win for a long time. That's it from me folks until Buxton๐

Final Focus: 319 leads away. 326 spins out in turn 3 taking the 5 car with him. 515 and 84 clash also in the same turn and lose time. Some laps later a recovering 515 puts a side shuffle on 212 exiting turn 2. 191 and 16 bounce off each other down the back straight with Mat going sideways and hitting an infield marker tyre. Josh goes on to the infield. Both carry on. 555 goes around in turn 1 and careers off the track backwards onto the infield where he remains. 191 does a good impression of a steam train with clouds of steam coming through the bonnet intake. The car pulls off straightaway. 544 is flying up front. 259 pushes 335 into turn 1 to take the place. 5 to go sees the Flying Finn into his 3rd race winning lead of the night with a pass of 544 in turn 1. 212 advances a place coming to the 1 to go board by firing 84 into turn 3.
