  2. Morning folks. A bit of pre-meeting pit news: 120 - Welding front right corner. 166 - Welding up the front bumper brace on the r/h side. 48 - Rear axle out. Diff strip-down in op. 216 - Front left corner work. 132 - Front axle/front end repairs. 25 - Front right corner work. 318 - Clutch change. 526 - Front right bumper brace welding. 161 - Same as 526. 263 - Welding the left rear lower link bracket.

  4. GN Notes: 259 is tractored off before the start. 263 leads away. 5 piles em'up into turn 3 whilst 84 nips through on the inside. 95 and 300 tangle and come to a stop in turn 4. Caution for stranded cars. 287 leads the restart. 124 is moving forward. 84 up to 8th at this early stage. 368 now leads. 5 slows with a flat left rear. 263 gets fired into turn 3 by 84. 263 then has a moment with 295 as 5 retires to the infield. Louis performs a slow roll off an infield marker tyre. 368 leads this second restart from 124. 84 uses 124 as a snooker ball to shift 368 from the lead spot and moves into the lead within a lap of the green. 543 fires 484 into turn 3. A mesmering scene of clashing steel and sparks between 2, 175, 515 and 191 into turn 3 leaves Josh on his roof on the exit of turn 4. 84 leads the restart after the required caution. The remaining laps are something else. A slippery track from light rain brings the field up to the rear of 84. 124 retakes the lead for half a lap until Tom fires him wide into turn 3. Both cars slide wide. 166 moves into the mix, and the lead in a shower of sparks. Again 84 launches the firepower and Bobby clouts a parked car in turn 3. In the last bend chaos 212 blasts through the lot sideways to take the victory. A quality performance and stunning to witness! That's it folks for today. Back tomorrow 👍

  10. Final Focus: 295 leads away. 8 and 124 start the hits off with a forceful opening lap on their fellow 'A' graders. A spectacular and explosive trip down the back straight for the star grade sees 259 on a wild trajectory with 3 wheels off the ground and a collision with 16. An early caution to remove the stranded 132 car that has come to grief on the home straight. 295 heads the restart. A multi-car charge into turn 3 all flying in with the front bumpers leaves 555 cannoned into the fence hard with 2 also copping it. A lap later sees 20 and 212 join the heap, and 84 coming down the home straight with the right rear wheel missing. Caution to remove damaged cars. 295 heads the second restart. H124 and 5 are hitting everything on the track as the race progresses. 263 does a wall of death up the back straight fence. 318 goes four abreast down the home straight and fires 217 into the turn 1 fence. 5, 16 and 191 are very entertaining trading some big hits. At 4 to go H124 tops the lot with a monster hit on the race leading 295 into turn 3 to take the lead. 515 is giving chase but is too far back to challenge. 175, 16 and 5 barrel down the back straight on the run to the flag. All three enter the home straight side by side banging wheels and nerf rails in a spectacular finish for the lower places. From the back of the grid Wim takes his first victory in an F1 Final in the UK. Tarmac racing at its very best. A spectacular race 👍

  15. Consolation Catch Up: 128 leads away. 263 takes an early lead. 161 clouts the turn 3 fence hard in the early laps. 73, 216, 392 and H318 get a lot of damage in a turn 4 tangle. Caution to remove the cars, and the side rail of H318. 263 heads the restart. 128 stops on the exit of turn 4. H299 whacks 211 off-line in turn 3. Phoebe loses a number of places. 300 is tracking the race-leading 263 car. 5 is battering his way through the field. 525 fences 73 in turn 2. H299 is really on it and whacks 120 out of his way. 95 helps 195 into a spin in turn 4. 300 in the lead. 5 performs a super manoeuvre on 263 on the exit of turn 4 coming to the line. A combination of a hit from the front end, and a side hit with the rear end achieves the desired outcome. Paul takes the victory.

Heat Three Happenings: 269 leads away. 211 pulls off before the green. 216 puts a big hit in on his fellow 'B' graders entering turn 3. 95, 73, 8, 132 and 172 end up in a turn 2 heap. 259 slows with a flat right front. 84 clears 212 with a hit into turn 1. H124 has good speed at this stage of the race. 124 is in the lead. 269 and 216 charge the turn 3 fence in a shower of sparks. 5 launches a spectacular kamikaze sidewinder of a hit on a group of cars entering turn 3. 73, 212 and 120 bear the brunt of the move. 5 to go sees 84 take the top spot from 124. Kyle keeps a close gap to Tom for the duration.

Finn in his new car now up to 2nd. 2 laps later 526 leads. 263 goes around in turn 3 in a cloud of smoke. The star grade are not making inroads to the front at this stage. Caution for the stranded 263. 318 piles 555 and 263 into turn 3 on the restart. 20 spins out in turn 2 and traps H299 against the fence. 499 spins it in turn 4. 266 piles in to 20 and H299 in turn 2. Caution for stranded cars. 217 and 555 launch 318 and 499 into the turn 3 fence on the restart. Finn takes the win.
