The final World Series round of 2017 and the Big Boys are back in town! This is the very last round of the World Series, after which the final cut will be made determining who goes through to the final hurdle of the World Semi Finals at Skegness and Stoke later in the summer. Drivers just outside the top 40 will be desperate to gain a few extra points whilst others will be seeking to improve scores to move further up the grid. After today the top points scorer of the series will choose which Semi he wishes to take, determining the fate of everyone else. At the time of writing Nigel Green holds a slender lead of Dan Johnson with reigning Champion Frankie Wainman Junior in the top 6 but trailing the leader by some 100 points with rounds at Ipswich and Northampton to go before the final showdown at Belle Vue, so come the day it could all be to play for! Full contact high octane thrills and excitement for all the family with a full support programme of V8 Stock Cars and National Ministox, with the superfast UK Modifieds making a rare appearance.
