  1. Looking good, Fantastic Tar racin' weekend And the weather forecasts look very good as well.
  2. Thanks for the information, Blooming shame that.
  3. Wanted. SPEED.tv in the UK or live streaming over the internet. Is there a way? can I position a Sat.Dish? stream real time on the net? There must be a way for us in the UK can watch Speed.tv - Live - I'd be happy to pay a subscription. - Not wanting links to speedtv.com and highlights media player within - Cheers.
  4. Speedbox TV Will be streaming BOTH nights of 2009 NZ Team Champs. Qualifying on Friday 6th February and then the Finals on Saturday 7th February.
  5. Just checked my calendar and it ain't no First of April!!! I do hope you reconsider. Each year they get better and better, and now in Widescreen - Even a cut-down-season-highlights would be a must buy. Save space by cutting down on the onscreen race results time, hay hay hay it's DVD, Widescreen = Flicker free if paused. I'll pre-order what-ever you produce for 2009 Right Now.
  6. $9.95 (NZ Dollar) which works out very roughly at today's exchange rate (£1 = $2.41) £4.01. A LOT cheaper than a flight over
  7. Mr.Postman popped mine though the letter Box today, All that's needed now is Mr.C's autograph inside
  8. Disc No.16 is worth the money alone! And agree with above comments regarding wide-screen Can i pre-order my 2009 set now please.
  9. Speedbox TV has undergone a revamp this is the new web address.
  10. Very true, A LOT of interest from the drivers themselves, if only Colin had brought 50 copies with him Oh so it's your hardcover version now is it, well you are in it i guess. Not on commission either, but this really something i hope comes out every year. Colin any chance of doing some back dated books 2007, 2006, 2005........ No idea on whatkind of hard-drive photo storage you have. But it's a long off season (not long enough for some)
  11. Good to see that them awful diesel / lubricant dropping trucks have been dropped this year
  12. Exactly the reason we don't go Tully - Watch the highlight show's on SkySports, See the various photo's taken via Stockcar Mag / Stoxnet & individual websites. Not much different from looking at static cars. I wish filling up my car for the return 500 mile trip for each Coventry had only increased by £2!! That has not stopped us from attending every Coventry this season and i very much doubt the £2 increase will for next season. Premier Sums up a night out at Coventry perfectly. What other Venue has a reserve list for bookings, that is needed. ? Cost of living is going up for EVERYONE we all need to balance the books.
  13. Good luck with the sale Tim, hoping to see you in a REAL stockcar very soon
  14. Really enjoyed the footage, obviously not a patch on being there with everything that makes for an atmospheric stockcar meeting - the noise of the cars the shouts from the crowd, the smells and the sweat! However, it is a blooming good advert for National 2lt Saloon Stockcars and for Cowdenbeath as a major racing venue in Scotland. Well done to all involved. A vast improvement on previous features, hope these improvements (and the filming team's understanding of short oval racing) continues.
  15. Just had a little look on P&O site A return ferry Hull / Rotterdam for 4 people - sharing 4 bed bunk leaving Friday 08/08/09 21:00 returning Monday 10/08/09 21:00 back in Hull morning of 11/08. Works out at £352. or £88 each. I would like to book this deal soon so those that said your interested - get back in contact ASAP please.
  16. Impressive stuff! I wonder how many will make it onto Brafield to race the Masters on Sunday?
  17. Now that is a very tempting looking booking list, With the possibility of a few more overseas (?) and with the weather forecast looking spot on as well. Time to smash open the piggy bank?
  18. I have an extra copy of this years Saloon World Final program from Racewall if any collectors would like it. Free or will except donation for Fans Tyre Fund. Why your making your mind up why not have a gander at my Blog entry P/M me if interested.
  19. Reading the report is almost as exciting as actually watching the race live , Well reported.
  20. Speedbox.TV are once again live streaming the World 240's LIVE from Rotorua, NZ. More info can be found on Website -> Speedbox.TV along with a free highlights video from 2007. 2008's highlights video.
  21. Dutch Open 2009, 2 people* welcome to join 'stox-holiday' to keep cost's down, Same as was done for Blauwhuis trip this year BUT looking to stay the extra night so no rush back for Ferry. Probably looking at Friday night ferry from Hull to EuroPort ->Weekend racing / camping Returning on Monday Ferry arriving back UK Tuesday morning. 4 way split on all cost's (ferry, cabin, fuel) very roughly looking at around £110. per person. P/M - if interested. *Non-smokers.
