IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELLE VUE Holiday Monday 2nd April MEETING DEFINATELY ON! After an agonising 24 hours AND CONSULTING EVERY WEATHER FORECAST AVAILABLE WE HAVE MADE THE DECISION TO RUN! BriSCA F1 Stock Cars, BriSCA F2 Stock Cars and 1600cc Bangers Heavy rain is forecast in the morning and early doors some sleet but it then is forecast to be 'lighter' - As we speak and I will post some photos shortly the track is the best it has ever been and could run Premiership speedway! The stadium team have been very accommodating and we work closely with them. It is actually forecast to be warmer than Stoke if that is a consolation! And - of course, we have the huge glass fronted heated Grandstand - We have already invested heavily in localised advertising which may send out the wrong messages for the future. We have looked at the per hour precipitation and, with the standard of the track currently our track man believes we can cope. We really hope everyone can try and come together and if, you can we welcome your support. We're not sure if any of us are racing Skegness on Good Friday yet as we haven't looked at the damage on Phoebe's car, and as I only have a shale car for the foreseeable future then if Phoebe's needs a lot of repairs then we'll just concentrate on getting everything ready for the qualifier on Saturday at Stoke. Monday Morning, programme also all but finished - likely to be a burster this time - cram packed! Big payout day with over £2000 spent on shale - first load of 30 ton being delivered to Loomer Road tomorrow and same to Belle Vue Wednesday to complete preparation. Quite an extensive and expensive investment in advertising for the weekend - and as of last night bookings looking good for both meetings - currently in total 121 cars entered at BELLE VUE Monday and 103 cars Saturday at Stoke as we stand. We hope to publish F1 lists tomorrow, we have a 'very' early list as of last night as programme has to go to print AM tomorrow - and all being well a more accurate list for tomorrow - but both looking good already!

This seems an extremely farcical reason for a driver to cancel a weekend's racing, especially when the car he's used all season has been fine in its present state all year. Nic, John Fortune is yet to win a race in F1. Although I hope he does this weekend! He put that on his Facebook page earlier

No Craig finikin this weekend Only lilly out on track this weekend as I won't be racing due to the fact i have been told that if i don't have an unsafe window net in that i haven't had in for years i will be loaded up so I am saving fuel and tyres!
