£15 is cheap per unit if there are two or more in said unit but it's expensive if that unit only has one occupant.

Another answer fron a used car forum 'ask the mechanic' section..... 4th gear and syncro hub needs replacing or there is a gearbox mount broken/soft and the torque from the engine is making the gearbox move and causing it to jump out of gear .. but more then likely its the syncro hub and gear

Nice on Russ. It was pushing the helping bit, asking me to be standing on the nerf of the car during a race to hold it in top gear.
