Track side parking Top Trumps. Scooby is smaller than Mondeo, is 4x4, drinks like three Oliver Reeds and has just cost me £535 to tax. Do I :- a ) pay £17? b ) pay £12? c ) get taken pity on and get let in for free? d ) have the majority of people take the raging pee and throw stones at me? e ) see sense and buy something else? Answers on the back of an old Coventry programme to blah, blah, blah etc etc etc -
45? Is there room in thew pits for that many? :chortle:

Call me a neigh sayer by all means and I genuinely hope I'm wrong here but I think the turnout for the British will be very poor this year. Shame because for a few seasons it seemed the stand out event of the year. Still think of Paul Harrison catching SSJ at Lynn as one of the most exciting races I've ever seen.

Wonder why? Immediate thoughts are engine killer but I'm sure Buxton is worse with the tight bends and long straights and he races there. Maybe he don't like the burgers?🤣🤣🤣

Don't think Dan raced on Sunday last year did he? Some folk really don't like Hedno.

Out of interest, how many does Wimbledon hold? I'm quite surprised to see that it's sold out.

Any one know how much the weekend wristband is? Missed last year and I can't for the life of me remember. -

Good numbers for a tar meeting - awesome numbers for High Edge. Hope they all turn up. Only problem I see is lack of F2 support. Roll on Sunday. -

Absolutely! Won't be going this year due to personal circumstances but this weekend is usually above the world final as a must do event on the calendar. -
Wow, forty five car Belle Vue. Should be awesome. Hope they've managed to make lots more space in the pits 'cause they're gonna need it.

There's always the Hull to Rotterdam option. Crossing is much more expensive but you get bed, breakfast & evening meal thrown in and if you're very lucky, Danny Wainman doing the Timewarp. Plus it's only about 110 miles driving on the wrong side of the road.

Perhaps, it depends on who insists they become mandatory.... The sports governing body or H&S Don't go saying things like that Marvin. If the HSE ever get so much of a sniff of what we get up to on a weekend you may as well padlock the stadium doors. Game over.
