Anyone know if you can camp/sleep in your car overnight at Buxton?? I have asked via e mail but not got a reply yet so not sure. I read there's a beer tent in the car park and it's a 2 day weekender so I'm hoping it's possible 🤔🤞

Your only trying to convince 1 person here Peter, Everyone else agrees with your rational way of thinking.. Don't think many/any of us expect it all on a plate, but a bit of info is not a lot to ask is it?? Be it from the promoter and his team or other fans who are regulars there. It's not like we're asking for free tickets or free parking, just a few suggestions of some safe/legal parking areas would be nice. Other than the quickly filled bit of car park we can use, I have no idea of the area so would appreciate any pointers from helpful fans or officials.

Jeezus christ. A perfectly reasonable post about how a bit of local knowledge would be helpful and also may encourage some more people to attend(which is what a promoter wants) gets a response like that. 🙄🙄 How rude and uncalled for. I know all the roads around wheels and when people ask for a bit of help, I let them know what I know. Not tell them they're on their own and shouldn't be on the road.

It soon fills up too.. Parking there is never easy.. I'd say go down the side of the stadium but they will probably be using the footpath as a pits as usual. 😜

Sounds like you've got it right. 40 quid for both days seems OK to me. Just done £107 for both days Inc 3 nights camping if req'd.. We'll be there Friday eve setting up.. Still trying to come up with a plan for keeping beer n food cool in a tent tho.. 🤔🤣

Single figure Dutch entry seems to suggest that it wasn't the track surface keeping them away?? Even the F2 only have a dozen overseas entries.. Maybe Nige is on the money with his MSD theory.. Maybe Its our rules that make them not want to bother.. More UK drivers went to Texel than there are overseas drivers coming for the euros 🤔🤔 Makes you wonder.. Also Ryan was racing in the USA last week so maybe he is still out there depending on fixtures🤔

Greensport have just said nigel had a bad virus which he is now over but has injured his shoulder now so will not be at the euros but is hoping to take his place at the semi.

Still hoping for a few more of our overseas friends coming to play. 🙏
