  21. Folks, I've a sh.sh.sh.shi. err large amount of Open Wheel and Stock Car Magzines from America that I no longer want. They're mainly from the 90's and early 00's, although there is some 80's stuff in there. There's also a load of F1 GP 'Red Bulletin' magazines from around 2007... these were only available in the paddock at race weekends so not usually availble to the public... I really can't be bothered to ebay them, so if anybody wants them give me a shout. I can bring them to 'most' meetings, or they can be collected from the Bedfordshire area. As already mentioned, I don't want anything for them - however if you do want them to re-sell that's cool, but please do the right thing and give 50% of any profits made to the Ben Fund. If nobody wants them by Sunday, then they're going to the tip !! Cheers, Beaks
  22. Folks, I have a PC in the beaks household that is now surplus to requirements for sale. What I intend to do is install it with both the rFactor (F1, F2 and NZ stock cars) and BriSCA heat stock car games. Further information can be found - here (F1) , here (F2) , and here (NZ). The BriSCA heat game is a little old now, but still good fun. For the rFactor game, all the tracks shown here will be installed. These games are very popular with stock car folk but if you're not a big PC geek (like me) installing it and setting it up can be a little bit daunting. This machine will also have a copy of Microsoft Office on it, so you can actually use it for something other than games and the internet. It will come with keyboard, mouse, joypad, a 22" flat screen monitor and all the required cabling. For those that understand geek information, The PC is a Dell Dimension DXP061 with Intel 6400 processor @2.13Ghz. 2Gb ram and a 300gb hdd and the monitor a Dell P2211. I'm looking for £275 for it. I won't take any offers, nor swap for a camel or accept Nigerian bank transfers. For those near to Bedfordshire, I'm happy to deliver and set it up for you. For those further away, collection at a track is the only way... If you have any questions about the game or the system, give me a shout. Cheers, Beaks
  23. it may be worth giving Brian a try ?? (bm7921) - he's from the 'pool and a top banana... ...click here to send a PM... cheers, beaks
