Stoxnet​ voted, track of the year four years running and 2018 meeting of the year; the F1 Stock Cars race in a crucial World Championship Qualifying round ahead of the big event in September and big attendance points on offer! As if that wasn’t enough; the 2 Litre Saloon Stock Cars race in their English Championship event – the 2 Litre Stock Cars don’t hold back as it is, but with a championship up for grabs – watch the sparks fly! The last meeting widely regarded as one of the best season openers for years; with more at stake this time; this one could be even better! For the BriSCA F1’s - it's a step in the road to gold; racing in a World Championship Qualifying Round; at the venue hosting the all important race in September; track time will be crucial. PLUS a huge amount of World Final attendance points on offer which will put drivers in a great position to be awarded a booking World Final night; it's a meeting the drivers will want to be at! The 2 Litre Saloon Stock Cars are racing in their English Championship event – the bumpers will be flying in all over the arena. Wow – what a night. A huge crowd and an excellent night’s racing. A massive thank you to all our staff, who were all hands straight away with a big queue waiting to get in; for helping to run the show as best as possible. Thank you also to the drivers/ teams for supporting us and putting on some excellent entertainment and of course to all the fans who turned out in superb numbers; we really do appreciate everyone coming along. Unfortunately, some drivers needed medical attention which we never like to see; Tim Warwick and Sam Jacklin were admitted to local hospital and Chris Brown went for a check up closer to home. We visited Tim and Sam after the meeting and thankfully were discharged in the early hours of the morning and we have spoken with 2 of the 3 this morning. Our best wishes to all three and hope for a quick recovery soon.
