  1. GN Notes:

    30 leads away.

    318 hangs'em high with a multi-car removal job into turn 3 which takes out 559, 5, 147 and 352.

Caution for a stranded 124 facing the wrong way on the home straight.

    22 heads the restart.

    498 slows in turn 1.

175 and 318 tangle entering the home straight which leaves Rob with a flat right rear.

1 is coming through the field at a rate of knots.

    5 slows and retires.

22 leads at 4 to go with 16 closing.

Coming to the 1 to go Mat moves in for the kill with a hit on 22 into turn 3 which moves them both wide on the exit of turn 4. H74 nips up the inside which leaves 16 on the outside entering turn 1. 22 comes back with a pass up the inside down the back straight. Into turn 3 and a 269 nuke comes storming in which sends 22 into a pirouetting roll over. Mat takes the win.

    What a finish!!

That's it from a top drawer tar weekend folks. I'll be back from Aldershot on June 2nd 👍

  2. Final Focus:

    595 leads away.

Some big hits go in throughout the field in the opening stages. 242, 408, 166 and 1 are firing 'em in.

Speaky is an early casualty as he is broadsided into turn 1 with 242 and 20 courtesy of a big shunt from the World Champ.

    Caution to move stranded cars.

595 heads the restart with 368 in 2nd.

These two delay each other swapping the lead spot which allows H318 to close and move ahead.

Caution for 498 facing the wrong way on the exit of turn 2 with 22 and 595 stopped in the turn also.

H318 heads the field at the restart.

368 loses places as he slides down the order.

515 slows on the outside of the home straight.

408 whacks H318 aside into turn 1 to move ahead.

Rik repays it at the next bend which allows the 1 car to close in.

408 is moved aside by the World Champ into turn 1 in the closing stages.

With heavy traffic to negotiate 559 is dumped into the turn 3 fence by the race leader who has Ant in his mirrors.

A huge high speed dive from way back sees the 408 car make a glancing blow off the 1's back bumper. Ant is in the fence backwards as Tom heads for the third consecutive victory in this championship event 👍👍👍

  3. Heat Four Happenings:

    263 leads away.

11 slows on the exit of turn 4 coming to the green.

164 and 287 take a wild ride on the exit of turn 2 ending up half on the infield.

132 takes the lead from 263 who fires James into turn 3 with extreme force to take it back.

345 spins in the middle of turns 3 & 4.

    Caution.

    263 heads this restart.

The next challenger to Chris' lead is 327. After making the pass he feels the full force of the Harrison built front bumper as he gets launched into the turn 3 plate. As the car becomes airborne on the rebound 263 slides underneath. Caution to lift the cars apart. Top drawer action 👍

124 now heads the field at the restart.

408 slices up the inside as they come to the green which costs him the victory later.

5, 217 and 318 engage in battle. 212 gets bundled aside by the trio and scrapes down the turn 1 plating.

318 drops back from these two with his place being taken by a hard charging 526.

30 and 463 have a spat towards race end with both trading big hits.

124 lines up another last bender with a hit on 408 into turn 3. Unfortunately a slowing 530 mid-corner causes Kyle to spin. He reverses over the line for 12th place.

352 hits the turn 4 fence at the end of the race.

H318 inherits the victory after 408 is dq'd for a jump start.

  4. Heat Three Happenings:

    595 leads away.

73 and 48 take a wild ride down the back straight coming to the green. Shaun ends up with a flat right rear.

1 puts a slide job on 515 through turn 3.

    166 hits 120 into 20 through turn 4.

Casey then puts a hit on Frankie into turn 1 which puts the 515 car offline down the back straight. 20 arrives on the scene and locks together with the Silsden man. Caution to move them to safety.

    595 heads this restart.

22 takes a short-lived lead as 242 comes flying in with a monster hit. 595 comes back into play and joins the battle. 242 again repeats the move on 22 but even harder this time which sees Lewis spin out in turn 4.

    1 hits 216 into 16 entering turn 1.

120 torpedoes H575 into turn 3 with the Netherlands man bouncing off the fence.

216 returns the hit on the World Champ into turn 1 and pulls away.

As 242 takes what appeared to be the win H575 gets fenced hard for a second time into turn 3 by 269 this time.

The on-the-road winner loses the place owing to a defective race reciever. 551 inherits the win.

  5. Heat Two Happenings:

    22 leads away.

327 goes around in turn 4 on the opening lap.

1 leaves his fellow Superstars of 97 and 16 behind with ease.

551 and 295 cannon into the turn 1 fence as 166 and H575 do likewise along the back straight.

    Caution to move stranded cars.

    22 heads the restart.

1 into the top 6 before halfway.

The Flying Dutchman of H318 is catching the race leading 22 car and moves into the top spot at 5 to go.

295 and 475 collide and hit the turn 1 fence.

263 is using the front bumper in fine style. He has a dig at both the World Champ and the 2 car.

The last lap sees a suicide dive from 124 into turn 3 to try for a demolition job on 216 and 25. However, it is all to no avail as Kyle spins himself. It was a good effort and very entertaining though.

As H318 takes the flag the 5 car comes powersliding out of turn 4 losing a rear tyre. This sends him on a wild trajectory contacting Paul Harrison on his inside who performs a good acrobatic display bouncing and spinning off an infield marker tyre.

A spectacular finish for sure 👍

  6. Welcome to day two here at Skegness folks.

    Heat One Happenings:

    524 leads away.

269, 498, 453 and 242 pile up in turn 1 on the first lap.

At the opposite end on the exit of turn 4 318, 48 and 526 trip over each other and clout the fence leaving a vastly reduced racing line. Caution to clear debris from turn 1.

    132 heads the restart.

73 tries a snooker ball hit on 381 into 318 but only succeeds in Tyrone returning the favour next time around.

217 and 515 are moving closer to the front.

    368 takes a race-winning lead at 5 to go.

  7. GN Notes:

    530 leads away.

On the opening lap 255 is carried down the home straight backwards by the pack of jostling cars after spinning exiting turn 4 coming to the green. After the dust has settled Harry is in the turn 1 fence.

At the opposite end 498 has spun and come to a stop on the inside of turn 3. Caution.

    22 heads the restart.

A false start ensues as a couple go early.

As the green drops 48 piles 484, H575 and 287 hard into turn 3. Caution to move the cars to safety.

22 still upfront for this restart.

However, the caution flags are not long in coming out as 327 is pounded into the turn 3 fence by the charge from behind.

452 up front for this restart.

With some huge hits going into turn 3 at the drop of the green the caution is soon out once again as 526, 399 and 48 are left stranded in the turn. 16 had copped for a big'un also but had got going ok.

    452 again leads away.

318 bundles 452 aside to move into the lead.

452 tries to fight back but has the 1 car behind putting a hit in.

The remaining laps are an incredible display of full contact tarmac racing at its very best.

318, 1, 515, 217 and 5 take each other on with some absolute cracking hits and lead swaps being traded amongst themselves. Speaky's part in proceedings is brought to an end by a Hitman special.

368 ends up beached on the infield tyres.

With the top lads in all out war 242 comes through the carnage to move ahead and take the victory.

A top quality race to finish the night off 👍👍

That's it folks. Back tomorrow 👍

  8. Final Focus:

    22 leads away.

368 sets off at a rate of knots into turn 3 on the opener firing up the inside of his fellow yellow graders.

526 ends up spinning in a turn 3 sort out.

269, 255 and 551 come to grief in turn 2. The following cars find the corner now has a narrower line and it ends up with 408 rolling over in the melee that follows. Caution.

    226 heads the restart.

A chaotic scene unfolds on the back straight with 242 and 381 locked together with both trying to disentangle.

H318 loses a tyre in turn 4. Caution.

    226 heads this restart.

As 132 goes for the lead 368 has other ideas and whacks him aside to break away up front.

1 has made up ground after being delayed by an errant car early on.

At halfway 368 is flying up front.

217 is best of the rest behind these two but some way back.

At 5 to go Tom is closing on the 368 car.

The last lap assault is not possible this time however as Callum takes a fine win in the ex-518 car 👍

  9. Consolation Catch Up:

    132 leads away.

A high speed affair this one. The opening laps see some decent hits going in amongst the pack with 124 making a good start.

The last lap sees 287 spin out in turn 3 coming to the flag.

132 takes a flag to flag win.

  10. Heat Three Happenings:

226 and 399 tangle together and hit the turn 1 fence.

16 and 526 get their revenge on Speaky with a combined side hit down the back straight.

    H318 takes the win.

368 fires 172 into turn 3 on the opener.

484 spins in turn 4 and stops. Caution to clear the car.

22 retires from the lead position before the restart.

132 does likewise from 2nd place with a flat left rear.

120 goes flying in with a big hit on the pack in front before the green flag drops.

    368 leads.

166 and 515 engage in some good hits.

    408 and 48 join in.

498 leads for a short spell until 368 fires him wide in turn 3 with a pile-driver of a hit.

515 is closing in and snooker balls 498 into 120 entering turn 1. Casey whacks the fence side on.

The last lap sees 212 take a dive at 25 into turn 3 but just misses.

Callum takes the victory and crosses the line with a right rear tyre burning display.

    A good race 👍

453 spins on the back straight.

178 slides along the turn 1 plating.

    381 spins 124 out in turn 4.

    164 now leads.

1 is up to 3rd at this early stage of the race.

475 goes around in turn 3 and stops on the infield kerb.

1 into the lead before halfway.

    269 and 551 battle for 2nd place.

The World Champ wins by half a lap.

    22 leads off.

    295 takes an early lead.

217 and 1 engage in a race long battle.

5 is the first red to show.

217 tracks 1 through the field.

5 to go and 345 has increased his lead.
