  7. GN/Allcomers Grid: 55 lap handicap 47 43 195 345 541 127 11 326 242 5 93 491 34 335 175 16 515 217 The race: Red flags flew early in this one. Cars sliding wide in turn 1 sees a pile up with 345 over and 5 sliding into the car. Resumption of racing saw Charlie Sworder storm away to a fine victory from a train of star men, the car sounding awesome down the straights. Result: 5, 16, 55, 515, 217, 34, 93, 175, 326, 242, 127 and 11 That's all folks. All done by 21:30. Every credit to the King's Lynn team. Many thanks to Jane once again. Back in two weeks time.
  8. Final Grid: 83 339 47 302 345 541 372 211 192 45 415 326 127 502 560 242 501 93 34 5 94 491 555 335 175 259 55 16 515 217 1 234 58 x The race: 83, 339 and 47 broke away at the front hotly pursued by 345. Onto the scene came 326 who hit 345 into 47 going into turn 1. 515 led the top men from the back until spinning around after hitting the stationary 415 car in turn 2. By this time Sarge had taken the lead. Caution flags flew just after halfway for stranded cars in turn 3. At the restart a truly mesmerising few laps followed with a tremendous battle between 326 and 1. Sarge was not giving an inch bouncing it off the plating. After Tom finally got past the engine started smoking. Sarge pounced with a swift hit into turn 3 as the engine let go in the 1 car bringing our a caution for a small engine fire. 55 grabbed the lead. With two to run on the restart Sarge then took on Craig with 515 in close combat. Another fence bouncing joust followed before race end with Craig the victor, and a huge round of applause for Mark. A great race to remember and what makes F1 so special. Result: 55, 515, 326, 217, 335, 242, 175, 93, 83, 34, 192 and 5

Sarge came up to join them whilst 1 and 515 had another side by side duel for a couple of laps. A stranded 415 in the middle of turn 2 delayed Frankie enough for Tom to sprint away on a buckled right rear. Meanwhile Sarge had taken the lead and held on to cross the line a few car lengths ahead of 1. Result: 326, 1, 83, 515, 345, 259, 217, 94, 555, 339, 502 and 192.

However, backmarkers determined the result on the last corner as the 415 car picked his way cleanly through to a well deserved victory. Result: 415, 55, 16, 335, 192, 372, 339, 217, 555, 215, 326 and 11

A caution at halfway for three cars stranded in turn 1. 211 led until one to go, then Tom passed her in turn one for the win. Result: 1, 211, 515, 541, 242, 302, 94, 55, 5, 11, 560 and 45
