You've got it in one Richard. We contact raceway Venray and they allocate an area for our coach and camping room for our passengers near to the track entrance and we all pitch a tent up for the weekend. We have a bbq and a few beers Saturday night and breakfast sunday morning

If anybody would like to ask any questions about how the Venray weekend typically pans out then I will be in the field camping at Brafield this weekend from Saturday morning. I wont be hard to find, I will be in a KK Minibuses Transit with a Venray advert strapped to the roof ☺ You could also reserve a seat if you need to.

Again for this years gold cup race weekend at Venray raceway, Holland, on 17th & 18th August 2013, KK Minibuses will be sending a minibus or coach for the weekend. After 2 succesfull trips in 2011 & 2012 many of our previous customers have contacted us asking if we are sending a bus again this year. I would of liked to comfirmed our trip sooner but we have been unbelievably busy so I havent had much time on my hands to sort it out, but with schools now off for summer and the pressure off I can start taking bookings. Hopefully its not too late. We plan to leave our yard on Friday afternoon / evening and travel through the night to Venray via dover/calais. We will depart venray after the meeting on sunday. Secure parking for customer vehicles will be provided free of charge . As in previous years the bus will stay at the track for the duration of the weekend so bring camping equipment or organise a local hotel. We will again be providing an evening BBQ saturday night and breakfast BBQ sunday morning all i the price of your seat. ITINERY Please could all passengers be at our yard (MK17 8AX) between 5 and 5:30pm on Friday 17th August to allow plenty of time to load the bus. Ferry from dover is booked for 22:05, which means idealy we would like to depart at 6:30 at the latest. We expect to arrive at Venray in the early hours, impossible to say for sure but I would guess an arrival of about 6am (uk time) 7am (Holland time). BBQ after the racing on saturday night, time will be discussed with passengers on the bus. BBQ sunday morning, time to be disscussed. Depart after the racing sunday afternoon, Ferry booked for 02:40 (france time). Approx time back to Milton Keynes 6am - 7am (not gauranteed)

After a successful trip in 2011 we will again be travelling to Venray for the gold cup on the 18th & 19th August 2012. With the confusion and uncertainty about the staging of last years event we only had 2 weeks in which to organise the trip so we did pretty well to provide 16 satisfied customers with transport to Holland on a Mini Coach. This time however with more time to organise, hopefully we can take more bookings. The amount of interest will determin what vehicle we take, but we have anything from 16 seats, right up to a 67 seater at our disposal. KK minibuses are delighted to announce that the proposed coach trip to Venray raceway for the stockcar worldcup 20th-21st August 2011 will be going ahead. After months of uncertainty surrounding the staging of the meeting we can now release a schedule for the weekend. 39 seats will be available with the possibility of an extra 16 seat minibus if needed. The coach is expected to leave Milton Keynes (mk17 8ax) between 9-10pm Friday 19th August 2011. Free, secure parking will be available at our depot over the weekend. The coach will remain at the track for the whole weekend so camping equipment will be needed unless you are booking a local hotel. Due to the late confirmation of the meeting we must ask that all money needs to be paid ASAP to confirm your booking. Payment should be made by cheque or postal order payable to KK minibuses. You can initially reserve your seats by PM to me on stoxnet or by calling 01908 227017 or 07984 946467 FULL DETAILS of every passenger must be sent (name & address) and then your booking will be confirmed once payment is received.
