Mark, I am so so sorry to read about your tragic loss, Although I have never met you my heart goes out to you at this terribly sad time. I lost my sister a week before Christmas due to the dreaded big "C" and her loss was a terible thing to witness so my heart felt condolences to you, I cannot imagine what the pair of you had to go through. Your story was a very touching thing to write, pulled on my heart strings and brought a lump to my throat - Tracey seemed a lovely lady, just remember all the good times you shared and she will never seem that far away. The Idea from Neil Sullivan is a brilliant idea and I like the others on here will do whatever I can to help make it happen, if that's just a donation then please please let me know how/where to donate and the money will be on it's way. This may sound strange, as 64 F1's is a very good turnout, but with it being the European championship and hopefully a large amount of dutch visitors would've thought it would be higher. Am I right in thinking that the European is only open to the top so many point scorers + certain amount of overseas drivers, who then race on Saturday to detemine grid position in graded order on closed grid? Or is it open to anyone who has booked in to race? Looking forward to what should be a very good weekends racing, some paybacks may be on offer (I'm remembering last 2 years encounters involving certain superstars) that seems to re-appear at this time of the year. Just hope the gods are kind to us and provide a dry weekend (weatherwise) as Northampton and shelter are two words that don't seem to go together. Just don't fancy being stuck under my umbrella all weekend!
