72 nat saloons 80 f2s and depending on where you read 48 - 60 F1s.... now that's something to get hysterical about not how many sarnies /cans you can sneak in down your underpants.
I hope both sides will be sensible. I will, as I have always done fill my coat pockets with all I need. they may search bags but frisking everyone would really ruffle feathers and be a PR disaster so it wont happen

Be nice if they presented Finn with the trophy at lynn so he can have a lap of honour I am sure the crowd would give him a great reception as most felt he deserved the win in those horrendous conditions.

Now just 1 car shy of 50 F1s . I think thats not bad with F2's and 36 V8 Hotstox it is an all "open wheeled" contact afternoon I am looking forward to. With hopefully the new gold crown wearer in attendance.

With 40 booked you are looking at around 35 actual starters so a 2/3rds format 23/24 car heats are essential as 17 /18 will be lost on a big track like this imo.

Certainly not wishing to stress you Jane, I just read your summary and a small error was soon corrected surely this was the right thing to do? Your help is much appreciated by all on stoxnet whether at the meeting or not it's always such a good bonus to be able to read through the results. The forum would be lost without you

There is a huge choice of oval racing meetings over Easter, I would have thought an earlier release of what I am sure will be a decent driver list would have helped the undecided to choose skeggy.

Just a thought but what about consolation no1 being for the first 30 cars on track and consolation no2 open to all those still not qualified. This would ensure good car numbers in all races .

With skeggy and lynn long established tracks it's surprising and disappointing that so few drivers race from out that way looking at the nir list only mat newson is making the trip from east anglia or lincolnshire maybe there is to much other "stuff" to race as it has always had lots of tracks.I know there are a few others that race from out that way but the sport is very definately midland and northern driver based.

They have never managed a 6 oclock start yet at I will be amazed if they are up and running that early

If its dry on the night those ones will turn it to dust very quickly and the crowd will get to take all the wet shale home! I just love the racing at lynn so i'll take me chances on a trip over there.

Great to know the format for those to mean to buy a programme and even better to have 3 heats at a track other than cov.
With 72 cars we are guaranteed at least 60 I believe the record turnout is 67 ??? (for Skeggy)
