CARL H,,exactly, you are in a position to stop the rubbish

big dunc, nothing to do with manners, the truth hurts, if the public read all the rubbish that is put on stoxnet they will never bother to go and watch,if everyone kept to F1 information and made it interesting, it might attract a few more spectators, and even a few promoters might jion in with there thoughts,

dave, i see your first meeting was 1969 aged 2 weeks,it seems to me you have not grown up, accept how it is ,if you do not like what you see stop at home, and let the rest of spectators enjoy the racing.
Sorry linky but the July speedweekend at Skegness last year proved that to be wrong. For every meeting apart from world finals there is ample room to bring a chair in.
As I said above, I arrived at 3pm on the Saturday, 2 hours before racing started, and there was nowhere to stand on the home straight or either bend due to the number of chairs already in place. Row upon row of chairs on the home straight, and even the old trackside parking area was full of chairs, about 4 rows of them. Never seen it that bad anywhere before, maybe it was the hot weather that dragged everybody out. Surprised there were not more arguments on the day due to people having to stand in between the rows of chairs, although in some places the rows were that close together it wasn't even possible to do that. Wish I had taken photos now !!

From Skegness Stadium
NEW FOOD AND DRINK POLICY
I feel the need to make a statement to address the level of hysteria caused by our new policy. I must say I cannot really understand your response?! This is a picture of a sign that has been outside the Stadium turnstiles for a great many years in fact their are several of them clearly stating that only food and drink bought on the premises may be consumed on the premises, which means the new policy is actually more lenient that before.
To the people who have not read the policy simply the irrational misinformed comments we are not forcing anyone to eat the food at the Stadium we are saying you may bring in a sandwich and fruit items, salad etc that we do not sell and of course baby and toddler food, please people let’s have some common sense. If you need a specific diet for medical reasons we shall also accommodate your needs. We will not tolerate cooler boxes, Picnic bags, trolley’s with enough food and drink to feed your family for a week nor will we allow alcohol or glass bottles onto the premises. We do not own the food outlets onsite therefore if you buy 1 burger or 10 it makes no difference to us, the difference is the thousands of pounds we have to waste disposing of your rubbish left behind when we could be using that money on the Stadium.
To the people who posted comments like greed, greed, greed and vote with your feet don’t go well done give yourselves a pat on the back! Since buying the Stadium such a short time ago rather than try and recoup some of the money we had to pay for it which would take many years my family decided to invest in it and in doing so the sport of Oval racing to the tune of around 600,000 on improvements at this point, money that we did not need to spend at all. When you invest in the sport what we have then please feel free to keyboard warrior us until then your misinformed, nasty, negative comments are not welcome.
Last week I attended the cinema it cost £23 for just over an hours entertainment plus £15 for two drinks and two snacks, I did not see a cooler box or picnic bag in sight.
Today I attended a 1940’s event the carpark cost £10! And was two miles away, no one was in uproar
On the way back we called at farmer Browns for ice cream and low and behold the sign outside said - Only food and drink purchased here to be consumed here.
Our prices are inline with prices in Skegness town centre in fact our alcohol is cheaper than many establishments.
To the race fans that called my family greedy please don’t worry we will not be making a profit for a very, very long time as we spent to much improving the place for you! But boy how I wish we hadn’t bothered
To all the people who have emailed, sent cards of encouragement and thanks that understand the amount of time, money and effort we have made thank you, it is very much appreciated.
Thanks
Asha Speak
hi asha, i would not bother about the people who are moaning about prices ect, 90% of them do not even attend the meetings, they are nothing more than a bunch of *REMOVED* makes you wonder how they can afford the fuel to get there, good luck VIC COOK.

advice for all that think £20 is too expensive, stop at home, promoters who put their neck on the line, deserve support, not negative comments on here.

i thought stoxnet was about f1 stock cars. .it seems to be all about big transporters and who can park them, up to yet 13 comments on this. and as tor nigel green getting his biggy in, what he does when he is not racing is up to him.

at last it seems we have gone full circle, seniors or as known now F1, 3 heats, consolation, final, gn. 7pm start 10 pm finish . chip shop , home. or sometimes a mixed meeting. seniors and juniors, F1 and F2, for those who cant remember that far back. always a big turn out, cars and spectators. no yellow flags, 2 or 3 meetings a week sometimes. no complaints about dust, admission prices or toilets,

hi stox 74. its called shale. its been dusty since 1955. shut up and get used to it. alternatively dont go. stick to tarmac meetings only. i see your link is fan. are your sure about that???

stop rattling on about booking lists, admission prices, go and watch the racing and go home. stop for fish and chips in brandon village,if you can afford it. monaco gp coming up, 400 euros a ticket. or £290. plus your plane fair £100. makes coventry cheap night out.
