I will miss it as it’s the only venue I attend these days however with one or two obstacles in the way I’m not going tomorrow, Mid 30s plus might have tempted me to overcome them ,
Sorry , but after thinking long and hard about a 29 car turnout, 17 races, which will probably take nearly 5 hours and a long drive home on a terribly busy M6 I have decided to stay at home. I think you have to ask the drivers themselves why they don't support BV and I don't think it is just the fact of work the day after. Traditional Sunday meetings with work the day after still drew far more than 29 cars. Maybe its the 4 + caravan formulas, maybe its the post and wire fence. Sad to say, but will we really miss BV and its meetings these days ? ? Not sure I will.29 cars booked in now according to Startrax Inc 4, 16 & 55.

Come on...let's have some more F1s...not only is this a celebration year, but could (sadly) see the demise of the great "Belle Vue" era.
I hope there may be a big celebration event later in the season at the 'Vue???
Couldn’t agree more. Especially after what happened at Sheffield after the whites and yellows race, two heats with reduced numbers. I don’t mind the lower Grades having a chance but with only 29 cars do they really need a stand alone heat.

The fact that there is 29 cars on the booking list doesn't bother me, more important to me is 4 of those drivers are Michael Heywood, Steve Mallinson, John Wright, and Nigel Whally,, just need Rob Bradsell and Mal and the jobs spot on

Good meeting it was but I would have preferred the original booking list and two heats and consi. I know it was a tough one at Lynn but can't believe nine drivers suffered irreparable damage.

Judging my the Met Office forecast weather later on looks very good with Sunshine!! - not missing this at all, it only happens for 3 days a year in Manchester..
I have been watching met site for three days and it's changed more times than I can count on fingers ant toes, including a complete change for the better this evening, from this morning. Hopefully they have made their mind up and it does what it says on the tin. !
Clouds breaking, it's dry and looking like the perfect afternoon. Let's go racing.
