  1. That's the one - speak from experience when I say it's a competitive/strong/straight car and would make an ideal first car if you are wanting to get involved for the first time.

It's finished top five in the World Final so has decent pedigree.

  2. Recently purchased a pack of tear offs for my Bell KF3 Sport, cost was around £20 for pack of ten. These were the Bell made versions and in fact didn't actually fit.

One of the Sprint Car lads gave me some to use last night which he'd had from the States for a fraction of the above. They were thinner but better in my opinion than the so-called Bell ones.

Wondered therefore if anyone knows where I can get hold of any or who supplies universal type tear-offs that will fit, either UK based or in the USA. All I can seem to find online is the Bell ones which are no good.

  3. Wheel and pedals set for PC/MAC - with full instructions and installation/set-up disk, even boxed (not the original)

Season's coming to an end, winter nights are creeping in so an ideal time for any on-line racers who might be interested.

I've used this very lightly, probably half a dozen times in total since purchased new. I've little use for it these days so will benefit anyone who races online or any sim racing on PC or Mac, I used it for Nascar and found it spot on so imagine it would be perfect for online Stockcar racing.

Very easy to set-up and install.

Here's a link to some random guy using the very same thing!

Price - £15 can bring to either Coventry this weekend or the Gala meeting. All funds going towards my forthcoming NZ trip!

  4. Sealey SUPERMIG185 Professional Mig Welder 185 Amp 230v With Euro Torch, purchased in 2004 but has been used only a couple of times; pretty much as new minus one or two light scrapes from being moved around

Been used for light car repair work once, it's a tragedy to think that it really is.

Comes with Argon/CO2 regulator / wire spool (copper: hardly used) all ready to go. All you need is gas (GAS IS NOT INCLUDED)

It goes without saying that it's ideal for Stockcar use, that was what it was intended for when purchased, but never worked out.

Genuine and reluctant reason for sale, I would like to keep it, however I'd rather it got put to good use than left in my garage.

    Features:

    • Welding Current: 30-185A.
    • Wire Capacity: 5kg.
    • Duty Cycle: 100% at 60A, 60% at 80A, 20% at 140A, 10% at 160A.
    • Cooling System: Forced Air.
    • Spot Welding Timer: Yes.
    • Gas Type: CO2, Argon and CO2/Argon Mix.
    • Torch: Euro Non-Live.
    • Power Input: 230V - 1ph.
    • Absorbed Power: 5.2kW.
    • Case Size: Large.
    • Weight: 42.65kg.

Collect from Stoke-on-Trent as soon as possible or before 14th March.

    Make me a sensible offer

  5. Steve,

I have done loads of CV's so if you want some help just ask and I can give you some advice or send you an example of one of mine. As long as you have the format, which isn't very hard to grasp then they are pretty much straight forward!

    Regards

    Simon

  6. Sealey Supermig 185 Mig Welder with Euro Torch

Does anyone know anywhere that does competitive prices on these new or used? Looked around but so far all I have come up with is around £340 on ebay.

I'm looking around the £300 mark new.
