Regrettable sale of my F1 Stock Car.
This is Dave Berresford's little used last tarmac car. Built by Andy Jacklin.
Engine: Peter Knight built 454 Small Block.
Transit Front Axle
Considerably lightened LD rear Axle.
After purchasing the car it was fully stripped and rebuilt. Including:
Kirky Full containment seat
Aluminium Bell Housing
RadTec Racing Aluminium Rad
Engine Re-fresh (Or though it had very little use with Dave)
Roof raised so a lanky AUTOMATICALLY DELETED WORD could be fit comfortably.
All parts plated or painted.
It runs on minimum weight with the ballast attached.
I’ve done a hand of meetings at Birmingham Wheels (4 I think) with the car and enjoyed every one of them. Unfortunately a heavy work load and a back injury that keeps re-occurring has put a stop to things.
The car will need the foot plates welding in + any rule updates that have come in this year.
