There are a number of reasons, mainly running a small hotel takes alot of time. Racing an F1 takes alot of time. 1+1=3 in most cases

My brand new FWJ F1 tar car is for sale with bus and spare parts including shockers, wheels,tyres etc. The coach is ex Kev Smith Volvo B10M and has 7 months MOT 12 Months Tax Two double bunks Cooker, Power inverter, Microwave, Dining area, Hydrolic back door, 10 Tonne winch, Over £2,000.00 spent on last mot, new brakes all round new exhaust new prop,new spring brakes, all new brake lines, calibrated tacho and much more. The car is a brand new Fwj fitted with a jeff bull 400 small block chevy, it has everything new apart from the axles which are transit front and LD back, there are also brand new wheels and tyres, shockers and some other bits such as gears for the doug nash. Included in the sale if the price is right, there is an engine hoist, compressor, generators, welders, a clarke ten tonne pipe bender and varoius other bits and peices.
