Just to make fellow race fans and drivers aware,due to the on going problems at Whaley bridge with the dam/reservoir situation the A6 is shut for a stretch,the diversion route takes you through the village of chinley but there is a few low bridges on that route So the best way would be if your coming off the m60 at Stockport continue on the a6 until reaching hazel grove keep in the right two lanes and follow signs for Macclesfield and follow the signs for Buxton this will take you over the cat and fiddle turn right at the end and your back on the leek road heading to the track I live in glossop and there's a lot of traffic heading through the town to try and get round that way Hope this helps Nick
