  1. Hi Dave, Thanks for the info on Car 38, all adjusted now. As for "relations" Its a fair question and one I would like an answer to, but in general unless I am sure about who is related to who, I leave it be.👍
  2. Hi Neil, I have tried many times to find out where that is stored, but cannot find it, therefore I cannot change it! Its classed as my "Rank" and is uneditable but any help in locating it to change it, please let me know 😀
  3. Didn't the cars have character in those days? Instantly recognizable and basic but clean paint jobs for that era. Quick question, Who had number 258 in 1982, as Guinchy is No.20 in the picture? (I do know the answer btw!).
  4. Thoroughly enjoyed this interview! It seems that the 70's and 80's were the decades when most stories of Stock Car folk were brilliant - The things they got up too!! I was a little disappointed that the British Championship at Coventry with Murray Harrison & Kev belting each other every bend for several laps didn't come up. I would have liked to have heard from Kev how that came about, why he continued with it every lap and was there any backlash afterwards. Truly one of the great characters of the sport, and just brilliant to hear his racing was done for the fun of it and not for having a huge ego. Well Done Mr.Smith 👍
  5. It seems its cold, therefore May to August is out, Speaky has a silver roof therefore 2015 or 2017, Chris Cooke #460 is in attendance, therefore tarmac, cobbles/stone pits floor therefore Skegness. Another driver ending in 9 could be Norman Mlodecki #209 who only raced in 2015. Just worked out it's Joff Gibson's #249 car. From that I deduce Saturday 10th October 2015, National Series Round 5, at Skegness. 🙃
  6. I wasn't able to resurrect the original domain name, so the site address now is www.BriSCAF1stox.uk Would still appreciate information, interviews, or anything that will fill a void of what I don't have and you can email me on PaulB_85(at)BriscaF1Stox.co.uk THANK YOU

  8. I have that meeting down as Monday 27th December, with Sheffield the next day on the 28th. Carl - Appreciate you adding me as an acknowledgment, but could I make one slight amendment please? Coud you take out the .co in the website name Thanks
  9. According to BSCDA Website - 476 won the W&Y Race. I assume this should read 467 and if so, does anyone know why the win was taken off 422 or is the BSCDA website incorrect?

  11. Could've done with buying the 50's / 60's programmes off you for a job lot, as I feature programmes on my website. I could have saved the postage too, living near to you!!!
  12. Is this Do still taking place?? Having not received a Veterans Newsletter since last year, I am not 100% certain and as I am supposed to be compiling the quiz this year, I am wanting to attend. Not seen it advertised anywhere, just via word of mouth, but nothing concrete. I don't wish to make a long journey for it not to be on, or its on a different date. Can anyone please confirm the details??
  13. Hi, Thanks for the reply, I will pass it on. Cheers Paul
